"Javier installed floor before in my house. My stairs needed sanding and stain and a section of the floor needed repair. I called Javier for the job. For any hardwood floor issues I will always call him b/c his prices are good, he is on time and does a really good job. I should have taken a pic of the stairs before the job was completed but it came out the color I wanted."

"Great job, on time , great communication, excellent work ethic, beautiful floors?"

"The house is a 120 year old split level, with so much history our family cherishes . Naturally, we were careful in our selection of craftsmanship. I found Mark to be knowledgeable, and patient with our concerns. He understood the sentiment we hold for our family home. He’s professionalism is very appreciated. Thanks Mark."

"From the first consultation with Scott to the final day of installation, my wife and I have been continually impressed by level of professionalism, the quality of craftsmanship, and the respect for our home. There isn’t a single complaint I could muster up even if I tried. We have been searching for flooring consistently for six months and we were going to settle for a product we didn’t love, all until Scott presented us with exactly what we were looking for: a matte finish 5” white oak floor. We feel more than confident recommending his services to others and would be thrilled to work with Genco again in the future. Thanks guys!"

"Great Gregory was on top of everything felt like I was hos only customer. Felt like he went above and beyond for me and my family"

"Carpet looks and smells like new. We are highly sensitive to chemicals. However Mike's natural process was safe for the entire house. We appreciated Mike's diligence, his dependable communication with schedule adjustments and his follow thru after his service was completed. We have recommended Mike to friends without hesitation."

"tThe crew arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. The job appears to be very professional. They spent time with us afterwards to explain what they found and how it was rectified. Since the issue was intermittent leaks we do not have absolute proof that the the issues has been fixed but have had no issues since the repair was done.
