"Pablo is professional and did the job well. We needed gutters cleaned and the gutter guards replaced. There was a considerable amount of tree debris and actual plants growing in the gutters with lots of dirt! I was concerned about clean up and he assured me they would clean up. He used a helper. Pablo put the debris in large garbage bags but the helper threw dirt, weeds and debris from years of accumulation over the side onto well groomed fern beds, lawn and a wood deck. His clean up was hosing everything down which created a muddy mess. There was no reason the helper couldn't have put the debris in bags to avoid all of this. I spent three or four hours cleaning my yard and carefully tended flower beds. This never should have occurred. The gutter job was A 1 but the clean up left much to be desired."

To expedite the claim approval process by the delivery company, Njord was willing to provide a very reasonable estimate by email after a phone conversation. Finally the repair estimate was approved and Njord scheduled the repair for the next day at 8AM. The repairman arrived very early dug out around the leaking stand pipe to find the buried PVC supply and secondary pipes and called me just before 8AM to say he was at the hardware store buying all the needed supplies and would be right over. All the repairs were completed by 10AM. The work quality was excellent and the repairman was extremely skilled, respectful and helpful. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them for the next job."

"Jorge and his crew did an excellent job on the bush trimming of 10 medium to large bushes and removal of two large 8' bushes. He showed up 30 minutes early which I appreciated. We discussed exactly what I wanted on the bush trimming and he did exactly as we discussed. His helper removed the two large bushes by himself. He was using a loper and a machete and was doing fine. I offered him my electric chain saw and it made his job so much easier. They did as good of a job cleaning up the lawn as could be expected with all of the small wood chips. I even saved him some money by offering to put some of the cuttings in my yard waste pick-up containers so he would not have to pay for another trip to the dump. I would definitely hire Jorge Cahuex again and might have him come back to clean my rain gutters when we have dry spell from the rain. Good workers, good communicaton, and great attitude. Joe F."
