"We had a water main pipe burst underneath our house, and needed to get a galvanized pipe replaced with a copper pipe running from the street to under our house. We had gotten several estimates from other plumbers and Neighborly had the best deal. When Matt came over he identified the issue very quickly and described what would need to be done. We had recently done some landscaping in the front yard and planted native & pollinator-friendly plants and didn't want any of them damaged. Neighborly was the only one that offered to hand dig the holes needed for a trenchless water main installation in order to protect the plants. They showed great care in the work they were doing and their receptionist and scheduler Julie was very kind, informative, and transparent with everything. I ended up having them install a tankless water heater shortly after their water main work as well. Overall an amazing, trustworthy, and caring team with great up-front pricing."

He understood the work I needed done which was to install a water softener and he asked questions about what I was trying to achieve which revealed some plumbing changes we needed to make to have soft water at all sinks throughout the house. He reviewed those options with me and wasn't pushy about the other work to allow me to make the decision on what I wanted to do. After performing the work we realized we didn't like the soft water at our fridge and he came back FOR FREE to switch back the plumbing for the fridge to the way it was before.
