"Honestly I am still a little on the fence about the system and the process of getting it installed. The installer was a very nice guy and honestly I think he did an ok job. They did the work in the winter in Minnesota and the gutters were frozen. The installer cleaned out the gutters and for the most part cleaned up the mess. The issue is he didn't clean out the downspouts. When we got a warm day the gutters were overflowing and I had to clean out the down spouts. Not necessarily a big deal but when they promise you won't have to clean them again I felt a little misled. After I clean out the down spouts, there was still an area of the gutter that must have been too low as the water was running out of it. Now this was causing an icy mess in the driveway. I called the salesperson who says he created a service call but it has been a week and I haven't heard anything yet. I realize it is still winter and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but so far I am not impressed. Also it looks like there is still stuff in the gutter to clog so when spring rolls around hopefully it just washes out."

"The whole process went better and was completed faster than I expected. Trusting exteriors responded to my calls promptly and was quick to make an appointment to meet with me and discuss prices and options. In the past with other companies, I have had issues with a lack of communication, but I was very impressed as Trusting exteriors kept very good communication throughout the process, making sure I was up to date on how everything was going. As for the price, I feel it was reasonable, considering I had two other companies trying to charge me more than the quote I got from trusting exteriors. Since I made my first call, everything was completed just shy of two and a half weeks. Overall i thought the company was very professional, the finished siding looks great, and they cleaned up well after it was all finished. I would definitely recommend this company to people I know."

His customer service was good. It was better than what I would expect from most painters, because painters typically don’t communicate very well. His work was really good."

"Jack was here on time for estimate, explained everything in depth, and provided a lot of useful information. The workers were very polite. They were late the 2nd day but called. The clean up was pretty good. Some baseboards were left off but Jack said he could send someone to clean up better. When I was cleaning noticed some holes and marks in my walls, where a pipes or tools must have hit them, that will need some drywall repair and a lot of paint touching up."
