"His 1st estimate was 8500. I told him to go home and work on it making sure he was right on, he came back with 9200. I agreed then all this. Very bad business practices, tore out old R R walls with 2 big of a dozer, broke the neighbors fence moving the old ties to the street , carelessly letting the old ties stick out beyond the dozer bucket that hit fence. Ignored my warning about the sprinkler junction box and ran over it several time causing it to leak. Backed into chain link fence bending 2 post and throwing the gate out of alignment. Backed into 2 border landscape blocks sinking them into the ground and out of alignment. Wanted more money for disposal of ties ( he underestimated the cost? ) I agreed and paid 1500. more for this. Wall sank in before done he fixed and wanted 600.00 more, I refused and he got rude said he was done and left. It sank again in another area 1 week after done and he refuses to repair it."
