"It turned out beautifully. The demolition of my old driveway happened the same day I hired them. It sat looking like that for a while before they came to put down the new asphalt. The demo was on July 19 and the work was finished on August 2. That is probably normal however, I wish I would have had a clear path to walk between the piles of dirt and rocks. Looking back I think it would have been a good idea to put down some cardboard to walk upon. During the 2 weeks it rained a couple times and there was a lot of mud that my family walked through and made a mess of their shoes and the carpet in my cars and home. Of course that is no reflection on Blacktoppers, just an observation and a word to the wise."

It required complete tear down & proper re-doing including all new crushed stone (there was none originally - they just poured a thin layer of asphalt over clay). Was not disappointment and was extremely impressed. Mr. Cooper came out to provide appraisal and offered suggestions on drainage problems we were experiencing. Was most knowledgeable and explained in thorough detail what the project would entail. He was also "hands on" during the entire 4 hours they were here. Arrived with a full crew exactly at the time promised, Mr. Cooper and his team worked in unison and non-stop prepping, laying, and putting the final touches on our 15x57 foot drive.
