"Todd was very efficient in dismantling the hood, cutting a hole through the wall to the outside, laying the piping, sealing, and testing the new setup. What impressed me was the fact that he didn’t try to sell me a new hood. He also was very conscious of any messes he may make, laying down drop clothes, etc. and disposing of his garbage in appropriate receptacles. I was very happy with the time it took him to do the job. Super quick, yet high quality work. From what I have experienced thus far (I have him booked for a couple other projects), Todd is a stand-up trustworthy guy who knows what he’s doing. He is super busy so it may take him a while to respond to inquiries, but he’s definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend him to family & friends."

Reo confessed that he had never seen a garage laid without footings, and he wasn't sure how much it would cost to add them. I had another company come look and give me an estimate and called Reo back. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
