"Once I requested a quote, Nick respond immediately and come to my home at the scheduled time. He looked around and explained all the process involved in the replacement. He had bought with him all the material samples. He even gave me a approximate price when we met first time. I received the quote 2 days later ( as he had promised) and to my surprise it was lower than the approximate costs that he quoted me before. Nick quote beat the other 2 quotes I looked at and hired Nick for the job. The team arrived at the scheduled date and time and within 6Hrs the job was done. they cleaned all the debris around and left without any issues.. From start to finish, Nick and team did a great job.. The quality of material, labor and price is pretty good. I highly recommend Nick if you are thinking about replacing roof.."

I requested a free inspection, which was very thorough, inside the attic space, and on the roof itself, complete with pictures and video. "Sean and his crew just completed a roof replacement for me and I couldn't be happier with the experience. When I reached out for a quote Sean promptly returned my message and offered an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and prepared and broke everything down for me. I already knew I needed to replace the roof and Sean understood that and focused his time educating me on the products and process he uses and guided me into a roof that will be reliable for a long time to come without breaking the bank. There was no high pressure sales and after providing me with the quote I was free to take time to evaluate my options. Once I was ready I called Sean and we scheduled a tentative day for the work and then he sent the contract over promptly. On the day of installation Sean and his crew arrived on-time and prepared. The materials had already been delivered the day before to my home and the crew got to work quickly and efficiently. It was clear Sean and his crew have worked together for some time as they were all on the same page and the job went very smoothly. During the striping process Sean informed me of the recommendation to replace some decking due to significant sticking of shingles to the old ice and water barrier. He clearly explained why it would be best to replace the decking and once approved we moved forward. There were no surprises and Sean kept me informed of any challenges the crew hit and how they were solving them. They completed my 22sq of roof in one day, they were efficient and detail oriented and it shows in the finished product. The crew also did a great job cleaning up. The new roof looks amazing and I feel so much better knowing that the underlayment is water tight and the shingles are the best money can buy. Mel was not the cheapest option, but his offer contained more value than any of the other three offers I received. He was the only contractor to give me a full breakdown of the costs and allowed options that were flexible. For the record I did everything he suggested because of the added value to the contract. When the crew was done roofing they spent another hour cleaning up and making double sure that all of the nails were gone.
