"This is the second time I use Vaillancourt Roofing, and they have always been exceptionally professional. Brad Entrekin, the salesperson I have always dealt with is wonderful: knowledgeable, patient, punctual. So have been the team that does the work. In this specific case, Nick and Jay did the installation of the gutters. Their work is impeccable. They are very respectful yet friendly. If I was doing gutters I would do all possible to get the Nick and Jay tea However, in order to reach them you would have to go through the scheduler. I understand that the schedule is necessary in order to make the best use of the resources possible however, that has to be tempered with the needs of the client. Case on point, day before the installation date I was informed that the installation had been cancelled "because one of the installers was sick" and the work was rescheduled for 12 days later. I spoke to the scheduler and he had no interest in whether I would be available, convenience or any other consideration of what the effect of the change could have on MY schedule. I just had to understand that people get sick. That is - an administrative problem of the company was suddenly on my shoulders. This gentleman is extremely rigid and unsympathetic. Chances are that the job could not be done before but a gentler approach with the client will take him a long way. In addition, his attitude really erodes the exceptional work of the field salespeople. It is then left on the shoulders of the installers, to fix with the client what the installer undid. Once again, Vaillancourt has, in my estimation, first class materials to offer, a splendid salesperson in Brad, and an impeccable installation team with Nick and Jay. So, go for it. More likely than not, you will not have to deal with the scheduler."

When I reached out for a quote Sean promptly returned my message and offered an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and prepared and broke everything down for me. I already knew I needed to replace the roof and Sean understood that and focused his time educating me on the products and process he uses and guided me into a roof that will be reliable for a long time to come without breaking the bank. During the striping process Sean informed me of the recommendation to replace some decking due to significant sticking of shingles to the old ice and water barrier. He clearly explained why it would be best to replace the decking and once approved we moved forward. There were no surprises and Sean kept me informed of any challenges the crew hit and how they were solving them. They completed my 22sq of roof in one day, they were efficient and detail oriented and it shows in the finished product. The crew also did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend Eaton Exteriors to anyone looking for roof replacement or repair."

He had bought with him all the material samples. He even gave me a approximate price when we met first time. Their proposal was also the most comprehensive and detailed. When Sean Nadeau told me they'd have it done in a day or two, I was sure there was no way. Our house is literally This Old House, and it's also 2½ stories. Not only was the roof (including two porch roofs) completely stripped the first day, the new roof was completely finished also. A second crew came out two days later and installed new gutters and were done in two hours. The roof looks beautiful."
