"Took waaaay to long. 6 months, albeit, we started in late November but it was the nicest winter in history. Promise was late February for completion. I finally conceded in June that they had finally met all contractual obligations. There were several reasons it took so long from my point of view: not showing up when they say they are, poor workmanship requiring lots of rework (all caught by me, not the so called Project Manager), no dedicated project manager, unclear instructions/requirements flowed down to the contractors sent to do the work, company too focused on the next jobs instead of completing this one, etc..I could go on and on...Damaged my driveway and blamed the driveway even though I asked upfront if there would be any harm to it. "No we do this all the time" was the response. Damaged my neighbors lawn and I'm still fixing that. Overall, a bad experience. I'd rate them a "D" but they did eventually fix most of the quality problems. The rest I have, or will take care of. Cutting the ties with this contractor. Would not recommend."

"The work went great! Rene was enjoyable to work with at every stage of the project. He is very knowledgeable about foundations and knows how to make all kinds of repairs. Rene cares very much about doing an outstanding job and making sure the homeowners are happy. I will recommend him every chance I get! The project involved replacing 45 feet of sill that had water damage from soil and mulch and bushes being too high and too close to the house. Everything was replaced with new pressure treated lumber and all additional sealing precautions taken. I can't wait to take people on a tour of my crawlspace to show off Rene's work!"

"I called four companies for estimates and Mike was one of three that answered. He came by appointment, inspected the wall and other basement areas and the backyard and gutter system we had questions about. He described his expertise that could address the interior area that allowed the leak (the primary problem). He described what equipment he would use, gave an estimate of the time it would take him, and the estimated cost. He also clarified that he could take care of the internal crack but could not deal with the outside drainage. We did not get back to him for three weeks as we sought other estimates and then took a week's vacation. During our absence he left a voice message to "check in." We decided to have him fix the crack and to have other parties address the backyard drainage situation. He was pleasant at all times, efficient, gave clear explanations of his work, and cleaned up when he was done."
