They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof!
