"I found Jim Andrews on Angie's List. I emailed him and received an answer within one day. We set up the date of April 27, 2012 for Jim to come out and take a look at what I required done. He said it was a "doable" thing. He gave me an estimate of $150.00. I accepted, asked if he needed a deposit, which he declined. This gave me great confidence in him as most construction outfits will ask for a deposit and you never hear from them again. He arrived for this appointment exactly on schedule. The install date was May 7, 2012. He arrived on that date exactly on schedule. He surveyed what he had to do and began to work, measuring again and again. He would take a little here and a little there off the frame, wanting to make sure it was perfect. The air conditioner was put in and I could not have been more pleased. He made sure everything was good. He them cleaned up all of the shavings and made sure the porch was spic and span. He will be coming back to install two entry doors soon. Thanks Jim for everything-especially for my cats!"

"The owner, Petar, did the job himself. He is very professional, conscious, prompt and personal. We worked out a schedule that worked for the both of us and he worked a 6 - 8 hour day with no breaks. All rooms were painted with two coats of paint. House Interior 2nd floor: He put drop cloths down to cover the hardwood floors, taped and put up plastic where necessary as he worked, and had furniture sliders so he could move any heavy furniture I could not move. He removed the medicine cabinet so he could paint it and replaced it and removed the outlet faceplates (instead of painting over them) and cleaned up as he went, including vacuuming up any dust, House Interior 1st floor: taped, put up plastic, scraped, and matched/blended the paint to spot paint areas in the 1 bedroom, the hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom and the living room and he sanded, stained and varnished the front door. He also took away all his garbage when the job was finished. He was very polite and a pleasure to work with. I would/have recommended him to anyone who wants excellent work done."
