"Everything went well. Came over the very next day and took the time to make sure the bathroom door frame/trim was completed properly and looks brand new. Many thanks. Would definitely hire again"

"I requested a repair for my storm door. I was contacted very quickly and the repair was done that day. I am very satisfied with the quality of work. I highly recommend."

"I appreciated all of these: A quick response, showing up on time, sizing up the problem, having the right tools to do the repair, and a good repair of my broken oak stair that was more than cosmetic. Pleasant and efficient. Iâ m a happy customer. Would hire again."

"I hired PV Painting to paint and do some drywall repair on the interior walls of my home. Petar, the owner, did an outstanding job. He arrived on time every day. He took great care of my home. He covered my furniture and floors before starting work. He used good paint products. He cleaned up at the end of every day. He left matching paint for us; a very nice touch. Petar's skills in painting and drywall are exceptional. I could easily see Petar takes great pride in his work. He was friendly and professional in all my dealings. I did end up adding more work to my project while he was here and he graciously accommodated me. I really appreciated that. I would not hesitate to hire him again!"

"Great attention to detail. Explains everything. Does it right with no shortcuts. Installed three season sunroom. Good home improvement. Finished job in reasonable with a good work crew. Highly recommend"

"We just had Scarpone and Sons replace our roof in the middle of winter!! They chose the perfect day to rip off the existing roof and replace it in a little over a day. Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! I highly recommend them to do YOUR roof. In fact we recommended them to a couple that were thinking of replacing their roof."

"I was pleased to have the issues resolved when Tom showed up after contacting other companies as well who never responded. He was professional and personable and was able to take care of most of what I needed repaired immediately. Some things require more time and he will come back and fix those things when his schedule allows. I am glad to have some of the issues with my plumbing settled and the faucets that were fixed work great!"

Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning

I am someone who is trying to start a business. I’ve been in and around the construction industry for 20+ years, mainly doing commercial residential construction. I want to build something of my own where I feel my work can be noticed. I travel anywhere within the greater Rochester region. I look forward to meeting with you. Thank you

"I hired Jim to install 2 security storm doors. Right at the onset he responded promptly in all of our communications, he was very courteous and polite. Initially we had a miscommunication because of bugs in this app ( we are limited in our ability to send a full message through the app) be that as it may, we figured it out and was back on course in no time. Jim showed up on time as he said he would. He completed the work within several days of starting the job. I am very please with the work he and his son did."
