"Edwin was very professional and helpful. He explained things well and was very friendly. He worked very hard and well into the night to finish the job in one day. The salesman on the other hand, though friendly and efficient when he came to our house, left out the fact that the quarter round would not be varnished to match the molding and the floor . This leaves us with more work to do and therefore further expenses. We felt that this should have been included. Also, communication on the part of the salesman was lacking. He didn't leave a business card with us, and didn't call us to give us a heads up as to when the pros would be arriving. I had to call Customer service myself. And then, when I called, I got an answering machine 3 times. But the pros seemed to do a good job!"

"Tony has done a lot of work for us. Everything from painting, removing wall paper, adding wall molding, flooring install. Removing and replacing light fixtures. We keep going back to him for more and more work as we get newly bought house in order. He does exceptional work. Very professional, always on time, and communicates progress or if something is taking longer than expected. I can’t speak highly enough about the work he’s done! He’s very competitive when it comes to pricing. Haven’t found anyone with better pricing!"

"Had a friend recommend him to remodel my bathroom and it turned out great!"

"Roger is communicative, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He completed a large-scale renovation in my living room and dining rooms, tearing down old plaster walls and ceiling, installing new drywall, canned lighting, new flooring, and trim. He kept me informed throughout the project. I highly recommend Nickel City Repair and look forward to having Roger back for the next project."

"VMV was incredible. I totally to cover my furniture and they put plastic around everything as soon as they go there to make sure nothing got dirty in the process. My floors look beautiful, I got a hardened wood composite. The contractor that sold us the flooring told us it would be a week maybe a week and a half. This crew got it done in 4 days! They had to demolish my old wooden floors too. They are so pretty, it makes the space look so much larger and brighter. Thanks VMV. You guys rock."

"They are very friendly and easy to work with!"

"Knowledgeable, Detail oriented, Patient, and Amazing are the words that come to mind when I think of General Pro Touch! These guys are prompt and readonably priced. I was amazed at how quick they provided me with estimates and their follow up was amazing. They finished remodeling a full bathroom, basement and all bedrooms, I was very pleased with both the experience and the finished product that I ended up re-doing my deck and living room. These guys are magical and their work shows! I highly recommend their services"

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"

"Job was well done. Diagnosed the problem quickly and promptly fixed the issue. Very professional, responded quickly and showed up as scheduled. Very reasonable rates. No high cost to come out to diagnose."
