When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! "We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! "Working with Wes was an excellent experience! I spoke with him on the phone about the work I needed done, and later that same day while he was in the area he stopped by my house (as promised) and he provided me an estimate on the spot. It is always great to talk with the person who provides the estimates and also who does the work because there is little chance for miscommunication. We worked out the date for the work and he arrived as promised. As Wes hinted, my house looks like it has a new roof! Some time ago I had a few shingles damaged and had to replace those. The replacement shingles where light brown on a dark brown roof; they really stuck out. After Wes did his job, my roof is all one color of light brown! The old shingles were just that dirty! I've included a picture of the "new" roof. Since the dirt came down the sides of the house, Wes basically washed a lot of the house just to make sure we didn't have dirt streaks on our home. That was a really professional touch. Wes then got to work on our paver sidewalk that had experienced a lot of moss and mold growth and was now becoming a hazard to walk on. Now, even in the rain we have sure footing. And again, Wes cleaned off any excess sand and dirt. The work Wes did was very high quality and I will not hesitate to use him again and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs house cleaning and roof work done. His pricing was very good and for the quality of his work it's a bargain. He's professional, responsible, and great to work with!"

"The installers arrived on time and were professional in their work.  I had done a lot of research on gutter guard systems and determined that the Gutter Dome was the best solution - stainless steel with a mesh that would not pass debris from the roof or pine needles.  They finished fairly quickly and appeared to have done a good job.  Upon later closer inspection we found some roofing shingles that were left up and several ends that were not finished.  We have a "V" joint where the garage roof meets the main house.  We were assured that the Gutter Dome would capture the water flow in this corner without a baffle.  That turned out not to be the case, so they returned to add a baffle, finish the ends and lay the shingles flat.
      Later we found that a light mist or heavy dew would not go through the mesh so we ended up with a constant dripping all around the house.  This would not be a problem except that it drips right over the front and rear entrance doors and that moisture freezes in the winter leaving a slick coating of ice.  In a heave dew the water collects and runs in rivulets across the surface of the Gutter Dome and over the edge of the gutter.  The solution was supposed to be a scrubbing with a detergent such as Simple Green and/or the passage of time.  Not so.  After over a year it was still dripping.  The company is now under new ownership but after an initial miscommunication we had a visit from Will to try to correct the problem.  He arrived on time, in fact early enough to observe the dripping.  His initial idea was to run a bead of silicone along the surface of the Gutter Dome, but I questioned the longevity of that solution.  He ended up installing a 1/4" hand-cut deflector near the edge of the gutter.  Unfortunately that didn't help. 
    After a few more calls and discussions with Kieth and Dan, Will came back and replaced a number of sections of the Gutter Dome with the slightly wider mesh Magna.  Water from heavy dew and light rain can more easily get through the Magna's surface and that appears to have taken care of the problem.  It's almost impossible to tell where one stops and the other begins except for the drips over the edge of the gutter.  No pine needles or debris get through either.
     This dripping was not a problem with our old system (which is no longer available) and we were very disappointed with the way this installation had turned out but impressed with Kieth, Dan & Will's willingness to correct it.  In the meantime I've changed their responsiveness and overall rating to A's thanks to their efforts.  I will say, however that it took numerous calls and quite a bit of time before they did come back (we are 2 hours away from their location but within their service area), so be persistent.
     All in all we are happy with the installation and still believe this is the best gutter guard system available.  I would not hesitate to use them if we were starting over again."
