"Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. "Jose's team produced a stunning improvement to the front area of my home. He completely replaced the lawn taking care to remove the surface, lay subsoil, fertilize, shape the ground to minimize flooding and carefully lay new, fresh, sod. All the plants were trimmed, hardwood mulch laid, and planted bulbs (for next year). We had a sad looking tree in the center of the lawn, which was removed. Jose knows what to do and supervises the job in person. This is a first class organization!"

"Chad showed up when scheduled to give us an estimate. We had a general idea of what we wanted and tried to convey our and quot;design thoughtsand quot; to him. He was very helpful with suggestions as well, when asked. Within a day or two of his initial visit, he provided drawings and a written estimate for the work to be performed. We had gathered different estimates and his, although, not the least expensive, was the most complete, detailing costs for material/labor for each step of the process. The drawings he provided gave us assurance that he did, indeed, understand what we were looking to have done. Once we made the decision to go with his design/estimate, we provided a deposit and were put on his schedule. He began the job on time and stayed within his estimate on costs. All of his work was done as promised and done within the time frame he promised. This was especially nice because the weather was not always cooperative. Upon completion, he even came back to ensure that everything looked good to us and that we had no issues with drainage or runoff, etc. We absolutely LOVE the patio. It looks exactly as we had pictured it would. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future projects.

The work was done well and on the day scheduled. Once work was completed I was emailed an invoice and I paid online. Legend was very responsive to communications and during the pandemic an excellent contactless service for leaf removal."

"Mr. Sherbeyn came out and talked things over with me, and I told him a date I would need the service done by, well the company came through by my due date, thank you for that! I had a rock bed put in my back yard, since the rain, it has helped tremondously and I like the colors of the rocks. I decided to go without the weedtarp under the rocks and that has been mistake, it has only been 3.5 weeks and the weeds are coming through already. I thought they were going to treat the dirt prior to lying the rocks, if that happened well it did not work. I had shrubs put in three of them have already died, they are supposed to come replace them."
