We discussed options and did some adjusting with the basement walk-out doors. As another customer indicated, no high-pressure sales pitch. We had updates, as expected, because of supply chain issues, but still ended up with the original installation date in January (brrrrrrr). The installation team are an impressive, “well-oiled machine” that work together as if choreographed. The crew manager was responsive when I took him downstairs after I noted a patch of sunlight coming through a small opening at the juncture of the new doors, and he ensured this was remedied having us check it before they left. Roland came by the next day, and we are confident that if we have any issues or need anything addressed, he will be as responsive as he has been from start to finish of the project. I’ve already recommended his company to a realtor friend and actually have another project in mind. Star Home Improvements provides outstanding customer service!"
