Roland, the company owner, was responsive from the initial inquiry and throughout the process, responding to all my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. We discussed options and did some adjusting with the basement walk-out doors. As another customer indicated, no high-pressure sales pitch. We had updates, as expected, because of supply chain issues, but still ended up with the original installation date in January (brrrrrrr). The installation team are an impressive, “well-oiled machine” that work together as if choreographed. The crew manager was responsive when I took him downstairs after I noted a patch of sunlight coming through a small opening at the juncture of the new doors, and he ensured this was remedied having us check it before they left. Roland came by the next day, and we are confident that if we have any issues or need anything addressed, he will be as responsive as he has been from start to finish of the project. I’ve already recommended his company to a realtor friend and actually have another project in mind. Star Home Improvements provides outstanding customer service!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
