Bruce is the only one who actually took the burner assembly apart, cleaned the burner which was covered with trash, and replaced the thermocoupler. After reassembling the burner unit, Bruce waited around for a few minutes to make sure everything was working properly. I am very impressed with his concern for customer satisfaction. Bruce is now my “go to” guy for all my plumbing needs."

They are a stand alone company doing bathroom renovations directly byy contract. They are very prof, do superb work, and give excellent suggestions when needed. They DO NOT price gauge like other well known companies tend to do. They are upfront with everything you inquire about and tell you the pros and cons of any project. They sell you the very best within your price range and do not try to get you to consider a project out of your budget. They are not HIGH PRESSURE sales people. I couldn't ask for a better company to do my much needed renovations. I highly recommend them and will submit pictures when the project is completed."

"Tim and his crew did an EXCELLENT job. I had a wall between my kitchen and living room that they removed which gave me an open concept living area. They had to install a beam as the wall they removed was a load bearing wall. When they put everything back together it looked awesome. All of the crown molding was re- installed correctly and light switches and wall plugs were installed in new locations due to walls being removed. Tim also had to work some magic with the tile where the wall was removed as I didn't have enough extra tires to do the job completely and the flooring stores no longer carry my tile pattern. I also had Tim install a real shower. My original shower was fiberglass and the bottom had cracked. So he built a new shower. I'm not a good color coordinator so I had Tim pick out everything for the shower so that it would blend in with the rest of the bathroom colors and floor tiles. He did an awesome job and has wonderful taste. I love how particular Tim is about his work and because of that trait it shows in the work that he does. I will hire Tim whenever I need any work done at my house. He truly is an awesome craftsman."
