"We had a shower installed three years ago by Bathroom Buddy (via Jacuzzi). When a leak recently appeared, a plumber discovered the shower pan had been improperly installed from the start and that the entire shower needed to be redone. Bathroom Buddy had since been acquired by PJ Fitzpatrick, and to their great credit, they immediately acknowledged the problem, honored the original lifetime warranty, and completely rebuilt the shower—pan, walls, everything. The workmanship was excellent and noticeably better than the original installation. Because the rebuild slightly changed dimensions, we also incurred costs to replace the glass shower doors and repair ceiling damage below. After explaining this in a letter, PJ Fitzpatrick went above and beyond and reimbursed us in full for those additional expenses—despite not being the company that did the original work. "They come to the house to show me samples of the products before they’re installed so ensure I am happy. The cabinets have this coating that do not allow for the stains to be etched into the materials, no stains makes cleaning them a breeze! So many different designs and very very in depth facing for the cabinets as well. The salesman was very knowledgeable, and finance was a breeze with @Enerbank. So I was extremely pleased with the process to say the least. They do offer granite and so many other amazing offerings, the backsplash selection has me in an oasis of possibilities, needless to say it was a very fun meaningful and exciting experience. I got phone calls emails and returned calls after 10AM, because I hate the 7AM calls so much! All and all please consider them as your 1 stop shop!!!"

"The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened."

"I needed an 8000 BTU window air conditioner brought up from my basement to the second floor and installed in a window as soon as possible as outside temperatures were approaching 96 + degrees. From the start, on the phone, Gliford Jean (he asked to call him Jean) from Zoe's Property Services, was so polite, personable and accommodating, agreeing to come the next morning. He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup. He showed up promptly, and professionally and knowledgeably and cleanly did all the work as we asked him to. It was the best experience with a handyman I've ever had. My wife and I had him look at another plumbing project and can't wait to have him do that. We're glad he is younger than us so we can say we've found our handyman for life."
