"HCCR did the an amazing job, i just hated my shower when i moved into my home. i call them and a few other companies. HCCR really made feel comfortable, they helped me pick out colors and patterns. The water temperature is limited to 120°F. · Built-in soap dish and/or 12x12” niche for toiletry storage, top of niche or soap dish at 48” H. · Mounted, fixed shower rod with heavy-weight curtain (no tension rod) · Provide linear trench drain, riser, p-traps, and waste arm for complete installation. · Install new ½” cement board or hardy backing for tile installation. · Prepare shower floor and install new tile with cement poured pan with floor sloping to drain at 1:48 maximum (to help control water without impacting accessibility) · Install 2 grab bars: Grab bar 1: 36”L horizontal bar along widest shower wall mounted at 33-36”H above finished floor. (If shower bench will be used, offset grab bar towards front of shower) Grab bar 2: 18” L vertical bar at shower entry (top of grab bar max of 60” H) · Install block-in/reinforcements between studs for mounting grab bars and wall mounted shower bench. If stud cannot be located, use mounting hardware as specified by manufacturer to hold up to at least 250 lbs. · Mud, prime, and paint as needed. · Repair any damage & leave bathroom operable. Materials Owner to select color of paint, tile/marble, and fixtures. Provide 2-3 color options Flooring: DCOF rating suggested to be ≥ 0.42 for walking surfaces that are wet.
