"Exceptional!!! I cannot recommend them enough. Please call the owner, Rodrigo Ortiz. You will be sooooo glad you did!!! He installed new sod for me in my whole backyard, as well as soil/mulch, and it looks beautiful!! He also installed more dirt in part of the yard to even out the ground, and planted new plants, as well as trimming all plants in the front and back, and mulching the front. My yards finally look finished now!! He walked through the entire process with me, kept in constant phone contact, gave me great pricing, and had all of this work done in a matter of days. "Purchased a sprinkler tune up and back flow test with
certification. Paul is a busy guy so it took him a day to get back to me which I
think is very reasonable.  We scheduled
the appointment. He was very punctual. I explained that I had just purchased
the house so he explained how to winterize the system at the end of the season
and how to program the timer at no additional cost. During the inspection, he
found three sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced so he replaced those at
the same time. Total additional cost for the heads installed and adjusted?. $8.97.

"Price increased from quote due to going under driveway with sprinkler line. That should have been part of the quote. as I thought it was, and not added on later. Poor follow through with commitments. I was told I would be shown how to winterize the system and then what to do in the spring startup. Neither of these happened. Upon turning the system on this spring, several stations would not work. Before I knew what was wrong with my new system, I texted the owner and told him some stations would not work. The owner said he would be out to fix it. After waiting for two days I decided to see if I could fix it myself. The problem was the wiring had lost its connections due to splices being made and buried in the dirt rather than being put in the box where they would be protected from weather. After I re-wired and installed two little boxes to protect the splices, the system worked. This spring the lawn was getting dead spots due to not have good coverage. After the wiring problem encountered and lack of response, I decided to have someone else fix the system. They split one station into two and redid the sprinkler heads because they were not evenly spaced for adequate coverage. One station was split into two due to not having enough water pressure to run all the heads at the same time. I have beat myself up many times for the choice of this company. With what I have had to do to fix things, it was just not money well spent."

"Jack has provided Landscape service to me for the past 15 or so months.  His crew has done a great job for the most part, and those crew members who do not live up to expectations are usually not around very long.  Unlike many companies, they have a supervisor/foreman that either travels with the crew or behind the crew, checking up on work and leaving a checklist on your door after the work is complete.  I believe that this adds to the overall quality control.

They will be reseeding my back lawn this week, and doing moss/weed control in the front.  I'm expecting great results.
