"The existing roof on the house and garage was torn off, new sheet decking installed on top of old board decking of the house, new flashing, drip edge, shingles installed on house and garage. Installed new ridge vent on house. Some of the siding that needed to be removed to install flashing was damaged as can happen but was replaced with new. It was a difficult roof with multiple dormer windows and odd angles but they did a careful job and I've received many compliments on the appearance from neighbors. Good job with clean up too. The owner is easy to reach and quick to reply to all questions I had. From day I asked for quote until day completely finished was under 5 weeks. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to others. Competitively priced compared to two other bids."

He then came out to look it over and put together a material list. I had the option of supplying materials myself or paying a reasonable fee for Apex to supply. On the scheduled day, Jason and his partner (sorry, don't remember his name) arrived timely and got right to work. They were efficient and professional throughout. The job took a little longer than the 2 man-hours I originally paid for, but the rate remained the same for the duration. Jason made sure I was aware of the extra time and his estimate for completion. At no time did I feel that there was any intentional delay in the work."

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great!
