"Great! Jerry’s team did a complete tear off and roof replacement and provided a ten year parts and labor warranty per our quote requirements.(see our previous review from 2017). At that time we reserved our judgement awaiting the test of time. Since then we had a couple minor concerns. First some dripping from our new skylight over the winter of 2018/19. Owner Jerry was helpful, responsive and whenever we made contact. That dripping problem we learned was only condensation during the 24-30 below zero temps we suffered. Nothing was really wrong. More recently, we found some shingles had raised edges at the ridges after high winds and storms. In both cases R K came out and addressed the issues with complete friendly professionalism. That’s why we give them all As and heartily recommend them. We believe they were our best choice for a new roof or repairs."

"100+ year old brick building with 6-7+ layers of roof was leaking. Sam the owner of Expert Super Seal Roofing was able to bid the job within a few days of the initial contact call. He quickly revised the contract in response to some of our concerns and supplied us with proof of liability insurance upon request. The original plan involved tearing off all the old roofing layers, placing insulation on the deck, placing a base sheet on the insulation, placing a torch down bitumen system, placing a new coping on one of the parapet walls and a final liquid aluminum asphalt coat and guttering. After the many layers of the roof were torn off-the much larger scope of the job became apparent as at least 1/4 of the roof area had rotten decking and joists and a large section of the inner brick layer of the parapet wall had to be rebuilt. The original time estimate was 2 days and the job was completed in 5 consecutive days. When the need for additional work became apparent Sam immediately had extra workers on site and the extra materials that were needed for the rebuild. An additional dumpster was needed due to the extent of the tear off. Throughout the job Sam kept us posted with photos as to the extent and progress of the work. I was impressed with quality of the work, the efficiency of the workers and the job site clean-up."

"It was kind of an emergency for me as squirrels had eaten a hole in my roof. Also my existing roof, two layers of shingles, needed to be replaced although I wanted to wait until summer 2020. I got an estimate from another roofer about two days prior but their prices were too high. I needed this done ASAP because of the hole and it was November. The weather was about to get too cold to get it done. I called Tom at Buk roofing. He came out that day and gave me an estimate. Great price for what I wanted done. He was pretty booked and said he would try to get it done by Thanksgiving, I called him November 6 2019. Tom is a roofer with a heart because he called me the next day and said he and his crew would be out Saturday 11/10/2019. They arrived a 7:00 am and were done a little after dark. He and his crew got it done and walked all around my property for clean up. These guys were great and I would definitely hire again."

I had Steve come out to check my roof out initially to see if I needed to have a new roof or if just replacing the shingles would be fine. He explained everything as plain as day, so that I would understand exactly what he was saying. He was extremely honest with the situation of my roof and in no way was trying to be a salesman. Steve is very knowledgeable and very personable, he made me feel like he really cared about my house and the situation I was in. "After severe weather hit our area we noticed water pooling and leaking through our ceiling. We called for a roof damage repair and the crew arrived promptly to inspect the structure. They identified membrane tears on our commercial property and explained that patch fixes wouldn't hold up long-term. We decided to install roof systems across the entire top floor instead. The team handled the install roof process with incredible efficiency tearing away the damaged material and applying a high-grade EPDM coating. They also sealed all seams around the drainage outlets. Since the roof replacement our building has stayed completely dry through heavy rainfall. The quality of work and clear communication throughout the project gave us peace of mind. "I am extremely satisfied with the look of my new roof (Colonial Slate), the response of the sales rep (Jay K.), the installation of the new roof (no leaks!), and the cleanup after the job. I called and requested an estimate and a day later Jay was at my house (as scheduled) with shingle samples and other handouts explaining all of the material that Style Exteriors use when replacing a shingle roof. Due to a leak on in the old roof, I asked that a tarp be installed to cover the damaged area and that was done the day after we signed the agreement for the work to be done. Approximately two weeks later (we were waiting for warmer weather) my roof was replaced. The installation crew showed up about 15 minutes early and when Jay arrived to oversee the job, the tear off and replacement of the roof began. In the end, I did find a few old roofing nails, on the ground, on one side of my house, but overall the clean up was OUTSTANDING! From the call taker to the final clean up, I could not be happier with Style Exteriors and I highly recommend the company to service your roofing needs!"
