The warranties are impressive and the work is done promptly and well. All of the personnel that I interacted with were fantastic. Richard gave me a very reasonable estimate and kept in touch with me throughout the project. Juan, the team leader of the crew who did the work was great, he kept me up to date using photos and detailed explanations of every thing being done. "In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. The experienced and knowledgeable owner was a pleasure to work with and the onsite workers did a professional job."

"They did an excellent Job 1 day job replacing my roof, installing a rubber part on my roof and re-pointing my chimney. They are extremely professional, they ensured that all the debris ensuring all the nails and residuals were cleaned up around the house. I highly recommend them for any roofing job you may have. Michael's crew came in 1 day (between 8am till around 6:30) replaced the roof cleaned up and did a wonderful job."
