"He replaced a few boards, I did not want the whole deck replaced. Actually that is what I liked about him. He said I did not need the whole deck replaced. He was very honest, not pushy in trying to get me to replace the whole deck. He was a little higher in price, but you got great customer service. You could call him late at night and he would answer or call you right back. If it was going to rain he would call and say fyi we won't be there tomorrow but we will be there tomorrow at 8 a.m. and he was there at 8 a.m.  He had very could communication. He does quality work, great customer service."

"We had hail damage to our roof and siding, and some wood damage to the front porch, bay window and garage door due to age and poor maintenance. EA Roofing and Siding basically replaced/repaired the entire exterior of our home. It was such a pleasure to work with TJ and Tony - they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. They replaced the roof, checking for any hidden damage along the way. They replaced the damaged boards at no additional cost to us. They also replaced all soffit and flashing on the house.
After the roof came the siding. They removed the old aluminum siding, wrapped the house with an additional layer of insulation and installed the beautiful new vinyl siding. (The house is so much quieter now!) When the siding was complete, they installed new gutters with leaf guards, new downspouts and replaced the shutters.
The company also rebuilt our wrap around front porch, replacing old wooden railing with vinyl railing. Originally, they thought they would just wrap the existing support posts with vinyl, but it turned out the interior of the supports provided by the builder were cheap aluminum and not the wooden 4X4s they expected to find. At no additional cost to us, EA Roofing and Siding replaced the metal posts with the proper supports, and then covered them with vinyl. We also had a bay window in the back of the house that needed repair. They completely rebuilt it using vinyl materials. They both turned out beautiful and maintenance free!
TJ also helped us design a deck on the back of the house. They built a beautiful deck with composite decking and vinyl railing. To make the deck area look even better, they painted the patio door and installed a new screen door for us.
Additional work to our home included replacing our old wooden garage door with a new insulated aluminum garage door, complete with a new opener; painting the basement wall around the entire house exterior; relocating and replacing the outside lamp post and replacing all exterior light fixtures; repainting the front door to match the new shutters and changing out all the old door hardware with new; fixing a crack in the concrete front porch foundation; and just to complete the look, replacing the old doorbell with a new one.
Again, this company is such a pleasure to do business with! They strive to exceed your expectations and will do whatever it takes to be sure you are happy with the job. "Kargmans provided a handyman, Alex and his helper, Gerson, to install a storm door, hang kitchen cabinets and replace a mailbox. They did outstanding work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Alex and his helper, Gerson, worked in 95 degree heat to remove my old storm door and frame; repair the entryway; and install a brand new frame and double-paned Pella storm door. This downstairs doorway has always been very difficult to work as it is stucco and uneven. Alex conquered each challenge he encountered. He and Gerson created a professional, precise result with which I am extremely pleased. Both men took extra time with the fine details. After installing the downstairs storm door, they hung my kitchen cabinets, replaced my mailbox and painted the mailbox post. Excellent, excellent, excellent work and a great attitude!!! Alex advised me on the challenges that they will face and the time it will take next week when they will work on the front door. I look forward to having them work on the front entranceway next week."

"We'd had a section of fence (square post picket with top and bottom rails) knocked off line by a fallen tree limb, and generally needed some pickets replaces and the double gate hardware replaced.  He did a good job on everything except the off-kilter section of fence, which he inexplicably nailed into place in it's displaced location.  All he needed to do to straighten it was lift the horizontal top rail and nail it back into place, then repeat with the bottom rail.  I eventually had it fixed by the painters I hired to repaint the fence.  But for that oddity, he was very good to work with, and came back the next day to replace the gate hardware since it required larger hardware than he had brought with him the first day.
