Chris sent pictures daily updating us on the work, and he finished on time and on budget (this was a first in our house, as every job always discovers something wrong we didn't know about). Almost a year after the job was completed, we noticed a small leak at one corner of our fourth floor roof. I called Chris, and he promptly dispatched a team out to look at the roof and fix the issue. There was no question of warranty coverage or payment. He stood behind his work without problem.
