They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. That $2200 job was also done very well in one day. When issues arose, Lily handled them like a boss. I really appreciated her calling me directly to offer a solution. "Rick returned our calls promptly and gave us a fair quote for services. Baumann's does not overcharge or upsell. Once we settled on Baumann's Landscaping as our contractor, we called Rick and the crew were out the next morning promptly at 9am. We were expecting two days of work to clear the brush, but they completed the job in 4 hours. The crew went above and beyond, killing vines choking our trees, mulching all the deadfall, and pushing the brush line all the way back beyond the trees (we live on Maryland wetlands). "This work took place eleven months ago, but that gives us the ability to say that everything Kurt’s team planted looks great and is growing nicely, except one bush that is struggling, which Kurt agreed to replace without hesitation. We have been in our house for 22 years, and finally got around to replacing the crummy landscaping and walkway the developer put in. Distinct Landscapes installed a paver walkway, and a complete set of bushes, flowers and a crape myrtle tree. The work was done very well and within budget, and the crew distinguished itself by how well they cleaned up the site. The spacing between plantings to allow for future growth seems perfect. "It went really well. We used their services right after we bought the deal. I do not know if we spent more than the big deal price because my wife actually handled that part. I saw what they did but she took care of everything. The yard looked really nice and they cleaned things up really nicely. They had one tree that they said that they were not sure if it was going to make it but they said that they would replace it at their expense if it did not but that was not necessary because everything came through. I did not really deal with them that closely. I just saw the work that was done and I knew when they were here and when they left."

The vendor did a great job.  It was about 100 degrees on the day of installation and my corner house gets very strong morning sun.  They men worked continuously without complaint.  The services were performed neatly and efficiently without much disruption to my grass.  They cleaned up all dirt and ground disruptions after the first day's work so that my home looked neat during the 2 day installation. 

Mr. Ramos described the entire installation process and patiently answered all of my many questions.  He was also  more than willing to accommodate my schedule when performing services. I was very pleased with the service delivery and my interactions with Mr. Ramos and his crew and, of course, the end result. The Vendor even returned a few days later to check on how the system was functioning  and to install a rain sensor (a pleasant surprise that I did not know was included.) to detect when it was raining to avoid the unnecessary use of water.

I highly recommend AA Irrigation to anyone seeking the installation of a lawn sprinkler system.  It has only been a few weeks and my lawn is a beautiful and healthy deep green.
