We were expecting two days of work to clear the brush, but they completed the job in 4 hours. The crew went above and beyond, killing vines choking our trees, mulching all the deadfall, and pushing the brush line all the way back beyond the trees (we live on Maryland wetlands). "Mike was awesome from the start. He showed up on time to discuss the work we needed for both the front and back yard. During this visit, he drew up a new design for the front yard and provided a written estimate for all work. My husband and I decided to go with work only for the front yard to save a bit of money right now, but overall we did feel that Mike's estimate was a fair price. We would hire him again to do the work for the back yard - no question.
As noted above, Mike and his crew completely overhauled our front yard, fixing drainage and grading issues that we had had for years, but were exacerbated by a recent large tree removal earlier this year. Mike needed to bring in a stump remover for more than half a day to complete the work that the tree removal service left behind - no extra charge.
After two days, we had a brand new front yard, complete with fresh new sod and new landscaping. It looks great! We are so pleased with the work. The crew cleaned up after themselves, and Mike has been available to answer any follow-on questions we've had since then, about care, etc.

"The detailed estimate was sent to our email within 2 hrs and they set up the tree pruning/removal for the next day.  The crew arrived on time and worked from 8:30 - 6:00 pm.   The team did all the pruning to our specifications and they brought down the very large, dual trunk poplar tree and it was rotten in the trunk and would have failed at some point in the near future.  Ferris Crilly identified the problem tree without our knowing we had a potentially hazardous situation on our hands.  The tree team that came to the house the day of service, left our yard as clean or cleaner than when they arrived, including removal of all tree debris, shavings and saw dust.  Our driveway was left in pristine condition and there was absolutely minimal damage to the lawn, when they brought down this monster tree.   We will use Pro Arbor tree Care for any future tree care!

Was one day late providing service and then was late arriving on the day services was provide. Did trim pine tree in rear, did a fair job, but did not do a quality job cleaning leaves in brushes. Some of the trim was of poor quality. Tried to blame the lawn care providers who provide service to the community for messy and incomplete work. Called and spoke with owner promise to come back the following work, never showed. I guess what do you expect for $169 of my hard earned retirement money.
