Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

In the summer of 2020, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I obtained several estimates and DryMount was by far the best when considering price and the quality of the disposal. Some other companies offered to sell me older models and were more expensive on parts alone than what DryMount charged for a newer and quieter model, which included installation. I could not have been happier with the service. In January 2021, I didn’t have hot water anywhere in the house. I was so happy with my previous experience, I called DryMount to ask if they could check out my water heater. Despite being late in the afternoon, they came the same day and thoroughly checked it out. My water heater is very inconveniently located in a very small closet and, despite having to get on a ladder and contort their bodies into uncomfortable positions, they discovered that my water heater was fine and that I likely just had a power surge. They took care of the problem and only charged me $89, which is the fee for coming out to your house, and did not charge me anything extra. "My well pump pressure tank needed service and I called Friday and Barbara was very professional and eager to help. She took the time to understand the issue and even reviewed the pictures. Barbara is very passionate about her job. She was able to schedule for Saturday. Dave came out. He called to let me know that he was on his way and let me know when he will arrive. "Shawn, a plumber with Jiffy, discussed with me what I had observed, checked the water heater, correctly diagnosed the cause as a dirty flame sensor. He cleaned it, problem solved and I was charged just the price of the service call. I was prepared to replace the water heater having had an issue before and not knowing its preventive maintenance history for the first five years as it was installed by the previous homeowners. The fact the plumber did not try to use that to his advantage and sell me or charge me for something I did not need has me writing this review and I will call on them again in the future that is for sure."

things start melting in my ge freezer . I called appliance repair leader and they were able to fit me in quick . I got a window between 11-2 .Sammy showed up on time and found out that it was a bad fan motor . he had the part in stock(good thing)..so my fridge got fixed the same visit..
