"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "Tavo and Dany O did an excellent job clearing our clogged kitchen sink. . They were able to clear the drain what another plumbing service could not do 6 weeks ago. The camera head used to inspect the drain was flexible enough to get around tight corners. The other plumber was only able to get 15 ft. max. I witnessed the camera inspecting 67 ft of drain pipe that was clean of all the debris. In hindsight, we should have cleaned our drain every 2 yrs after our kitchen was remodeled 8 yrs ago. "I will certainly be using Zoom Drain again. Chris listened intently to what we'd experienced in the past, understood exactly what was required and then explained everything that he was going to do beforehand, answering all questions that I fired his way. Then the work was undertaken which was a jet washing of the line followed by a video recording of the results. To be fair, it took longer than we all expected but we've never had any maintenance on these 50 year old pipes. All in all, it took about an hour, maybe an hour and a half to get the pipe cleared. It was a little messy, but Chris immediately cleaned everything up and ensured that there was no trace of him being there after he left (other than the drain now no longer backs up!) The video was emailed to me, along with a recommendation and quote of having the pipes descaled: but this was a suggestion that was made in order to keep the pipes maintained, there was no pushy sales tactics to it (which I personally despise). All in all my experience with Zoom Drain was nothing less than 100% completely professional, with a sought after personal experience of the technicians that we encountered. Would absolutely use Zoom Drain again, without hesitation."
