"Called Steveâ  s Plumbing just to get a diagnoses and found out that the heater was in bad shape (14 years old) and needed to be replaced. Was surprised to see what came out when it was flushed. Technicians, Robert Gracie Jr. and Zachary Yamaguchi came out and the job was done the same day, unbelievable!! They did a fantastic job, knowledgeable, and courteous. Price of the Solar Water Heater is very expensive. I have gone with this company before for my central Air and was content with the job. I was told that I was going with the wrong company when I showed a picture of their truck because they were ripoffs. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this job and highly recommend them. Pictures of technicians before they come out to your house is a big plus!! Thank you Steveâ  s Plumbing & AC"

"These guys suck. I had a complete kitchen remodel. I hired Stephen to do the rough plumbing before the cabinets and countertops were placed. He did that job adequately, although the price was exorbitant. I then needed him to come back for the finish installation of the sink, grinder, dishwasher, and cooktop. He had no clue who I was or where the job was, and this was three weeks after he did the rough work. After I reminded him where the job was, Stephen and his partner showed up half hour after he said he would. The did less than half the work, and then vaporized. He failed to call back. Now I've got to find another plumber to finish the job, and probably will get a hefty bill for the hour work that he did today. Totally unacceptable. This guy has no idea about customer service."

"Brennan came over at the scheduled time and was able to assess, provide options and pick up the desired faucets that was selected. We replaced both the bathroom and kitchen ones as they were worn out and needed to be changed out. Although it was great service, I would say that the final price was a bit larger than I initially anticipated. But considering that these fixtures are supposed to last for a long time, you pay the money to do it right once and you never have to pay again for repairs or service, so it balances out but have money ready....they charge 3% on credit card transactions and that turned out to be too much on top of a hefty bill."
