We were afraid that this would affect the closing date for the sale of our house. I call Michael D. McCollom with M & M Roofing at 8:15 AM and he was here at 11:00 AM to inspect. Mike sent over a “near-by” crew and they completed the repairs by 2:00 PM. Mike had installed the roof about six years ago. The repairs were done under their warranty. I have never seen this type of great service. I would highly recommend Mike McCollom and M & M Roofing."

"I called, and Michael Pool showed up to give me an estimate for a relatively small roof leak. He told me they'd try to get to it before the weekend rains began. We were out of town while the repairs took place, but roof Services kept me informed of the progress, or lack of progress because of the rain. Although he'd told me they couldn't get to the job because of the rain, we got a break in the weather, and Roof Services came over during a sunny period. Ended up getting repairs made more quickly than anticipated. I couldn't be more pleased. Although I wasn't here during the repairs, I was kept up to date via email, so there were no surprises. Roof Services offered an estimate in a timely manner, showed up for the repairs even more quickly than I thought, and followed up with a phone call to be sure everything was OK. "Scheduling and communication with Tony went well. Roofing itself was done well and as scheduled. The only issue I have had was at a later date. Found wood that was rotted and in bad shape. It should have been replaced but was not. I DO NOT fault the company owner but believe it was his workers who ignored the rot. I have not contacted Tony as it is my fault for not doing a better job of inspection at the time. I WOULD USE TONY AGAIN and don't believe he would tolerate this lack of workmanship. But I would watch the crew and do a thorough inspection from in the attic."

"We had a sidewalk that was in danger of being pushed up by the shallow roots of our main front yard shade tree, which also needed a serious "haircut". So we called Rob, from WorksByRob.com. He came out and was friendly, professional and informative as he looked at the work to be done and talked to us about the project.
During the project estimate, Rob took the time to explain to us (without all the technical jargon) about how he follows the recommendations of the International Society of Arboricultural, which outline the proper ways to care for different trees. He went over in detail not only what he would be using to fertilize and feed our trees, but WHY he was using low-salt fertilizers and adding organic “bio-packs” to the soil around our trees.
When we gave the go-ahead to do the work, the crew showed up on schedule and began trimming trees, digging the root barrier trenches and adding the nutrients to the areas that needed it. The crew was professional and kept the work areas clean and free of safety hazards while they were on site and after leaving for the day (this was a 3 day project).
Our project was finished a half-day ahead of schedule, thanks to the hard work of Rob Brundrett at WorksByRob. The work area was cleaned up better than it was when his workers arrived, and they even helped remove some debris leftover from earlier work I had done in the yard but hadn’t had a chance to pick up myself.
Overall, I would highly recommend WorksByRob to anyone who wants excellent service and quality for their outdoor property

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
