"Roberto is an excellent project manager. There were no delays in his pre-defined schedule (in fact, they performed faster than anticipated). He was very honest and up front about the scope of the work including cost, arrival / departure times, and constantly checked on progress and sent us pictures via text. Any large project in a home can be stressful, and Roberto did an incredible job of reassuring us and ensuring the work was performed above and beyond our expectations. The contractors hired by Roberto were extremely courteous and took pride in their work. They took time to ensure it was perfect. In fact, the gentleman who tiled our bathroom was especially impressive as he went above and beyond to ensure every tile was expertly cut and placed (there was some complex/intricate tile work as part of the scope). Roberto took lots of time to perform measurements, assist us with selecting materials / design, and most importantly, would tell us up front about any design/installation issues that might arise with our choices, so we were able to make a decision up front about whether a certain material was right for us / our home. The work was beautifully designed and installed. It has taken us quite a while to actually write this review, but hopefully that is more helpful for readers, as we have lived in the house where work was performed for 6 months now. We could not be happier with our kitchen, and we have had no issues with any of the installation or other work performed, now 6 months after completion. Thank you Roberto & Solid Stone Manufacturing. There was good communication throughout and fantastic results. The granite counters also looked great, but were not as bad off as the floors, so not as dramatic a difference. "I recommended this installer to my daughter and they did a wonderful job and even finished sooner than expected.  I personally have used ABC twice in recent years.  Once in 2004 to install floor tile in a main living area, entry, and dining room.  They did such a beautiful job, that I hired them again to install the tile backsplash in my newly remodeled kitchen in 2008, which also turned out perfect.  Very happy with ABC's work and will definitely call Steven again when I have another project.
