I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. "I contacted Jimmy's Construction and Jimmy stopped to see what needed to be done. We agreed on all the details and he gave me a fair price. He said he would show up late PM on 8/16 and finish on 8/17. He showed up around noon on the 16th and had the job done by 5:00. This involved replacing and painting 4 X 8 siding on a second level. They did an excellent job and cleaned up all scrap, In the event I need any additional repair work done I will definitely call Jimmy's Construction first."

"Charlie submitted the lowest bid at $5250.Answered all my questions and also informed me that my old roof which was only 11 years old ,was manufactured by CertainTeed company and that  litigation was pending in calf. for faulty manufacturing  He gave me the 800 number to call to file a claim.
