"The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"Roofco worked well with the Solar Company so the roof installation did not delay the solar panel installation.  Jamieson also patiently worked with us on the selection of appropriate products for a complicated application.  The workers were hard-working and cleaned up all evidence of the removal of the old shingles.  They repeatedly cleaned up the site, an absolute must since we have small grandchildren that frequent our yard!  The bid and work were prompt, and even a few extras services were even added at no additional cost.  We are happy with the final result and are thrilled to report after the recent downpours---not a single leak.

"We are so happy that we went with a local company for our hail damaged roof replacement. From the time we met with Rob, the owner, until our roof replacement was complete was one week. His crew was very nice, respectful, efficient and receptive to my observations / requests. I watched the entire tear off and most of the install and had absolutely no complaints about the manner in which the crew worked. They worked very hard and were very meticulous in their clean-up. We enjoy and maintain the gardens and flower beds around our house and had absolutely no complaints with how they treated our property. There were anywhere from 12-15 workers at any point in time on our roof (house and garage). Although Rob was not on scene for his crew’s work, he was reachable by phone/text all the time and immediately responded to my texts regarding a couple areas I asked to be addressed, even sending a couple crew members out on a Sunday to touch up a cosmetic issue. While we are still waiting for the downspouts and gutter guards to be replaced we now have a 25 year transferable warranty on our roof and their work completely stopped a leak we had been trying to fix for 2 years. After a little miscommunication, Bill came out right away (I needed it done quickly for insurance reasons). Years of build up ment they spent several hours doing it right. They explained everything that they did and a few days later called to check that I was still satisfied with their work."

"Charlie submitted the lowest bid at $5250.Answered all my questions and also informed me that my old roof which was only 11 years old ,was manufactured by CertainTeed company and that  litigation was pending in calf. for faulty manufacturing  He gave me the 800 number to call to file a claim.
