"I had a great experience with OC Construction! They did an amazing job on my floors, tub and vanity ?they came out beautiful. The team was very professional, worked efficiently, and completed the job much faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. They were courteous, kept the work area clean, and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend OC Construction to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service. Thank you for a job well done!"

"We bought an old farmhouse that we knew needed some masonry work repairing a stone retaining wall, and keeping water out of the house and rain runoff away from our wellhead. I was absolutely dreading the repair, but Greg and his crew made things easy, and took care of a huge job in 2 weeks. Even as the scope of the project grew, based on some more issues found after excavating, Greg walked us through our options and took on the expanded work instantly. I couldn't be happier with the results-- even as things got pricier than I had hoped, the work is top-notch and Gregs resourcefulness, communication, and skills are the absolute best. If your project needs craftsmanship that falls under the many diversified trades that this team can take on, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommended."

"Absolutely wonderful work! No hassle, dependable and a great guy to just talk with while he works! Had a front stairway/deck put on and I’m beyond thrilled with the finished project!! Thank you again!!"

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

Doing paver work has been my passion for years. I think of it as an artisan style. Whatever you need or want. We can get done

"A really great company to work with. Cheaper than the competition and excellent work. We used Aidan and his team to repoint our large garden patio which had been badly done two years ago by another company. Work was done perfectly and we are very happy. We also asked them to do a repair of our entry hall and it was the best it had ever been done. So thank you to Sunnyside Masonry. Paulette Meltzer , New York City, NY"

"They were perfect. They were on time and professional. They did a really good job."

"Gerard and his team were awesome. So professional. After a retaining wall holding up our deck collapsed, Gerard was the only contractor who put our mind at ease with his knowledge as to the repair that was necessary. He kept us informed every step of the way throughout the repair process, and had the job completed even though the weather was not cooperative. His team is extremely hard working and cleaned up everything when the job was done. We can't thank him and his team enough for a job well done. We have no fear that his work is up to code and will meet any inspection requirements. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them highly to anyone searching for a good contractor at a reasonable cost. If we could give higher than a 5 rating we surely would."

"It was a great job. They've done exactly what I wanted them to do and make adjustment on schedule if necessary."
