When we decided to go ahead and get the repair done, I asked if we could wait two or three weeks in order to budget the cost of the repair. Dan was very agreeable to that, and we agreed on a date and time. Dan was an excellent communicator. He messaged me two days before the repair confirming the appointment. He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He had to remove the damaged flooring, and put down the flooring we had left over from when we had the floor originally done ten years ago. He was here only about 2.5 hours, was very efficient, and the noise wasn’t bad at all. He hauled away the bad flooring and cleaned up after the job was finished. He did a very professional job, and I can’t even tell where the damaged floor was. The price of the floor repair was very reasonable."

We ended up using the warehouse down on Sherman Av, and were treated with courtesy and professionalism. Our 2 final selections were also much lower in cost then expected. "I am VERY picky about work I have done around my house and I must say that Tony and his son did an outstanding job laying the tile.  They were very cautious about preparing the areas outside the bathroom so as not to soil the carpet and flooring in the adjacent rooms.   In one of the two doorways, after the tile was laid but not yet dry, I let Tony know that I was concerned that the gap between the flooring in the next room and the ceramic just laid was too wide.  Tony immediately pulled the tiles up and recut the tiles so there was only a 1/2" gap.  This enabled the T mold I needed to purchase to fit exact.  I would use them again.   "
