I would let Steve know about things that I had Alfredo do for us and Steve was okay with these minor requests and did not charge us extra. Part of this bid was to replace and rebuild our stairs from the three-season porch down to the lower deck and his carpenter Jim did a great job as well. GOOD JOB STEVE!
