"They TCSP team did a great job. I had hired them before to do windows(and siding) in other parts of our older home and liked the work so when it was time to replace more windows I hired them again. They are always responsive and if there are any questions or concerns they address them. To me, that is worth a lot. Special shout out to Brian, Curt, Steve and Brent."

"Had a great experience with Bruce and Shane. Highly communicative and clear - went above and beyond to check for siding issues around the entire exterior of the house after repairing the issue that we noticed. Would absolutely hire again."

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"James was wonderful to work with. Initially when I was looking for bids for my siding and roof damage he responded immediately. Was very thorough during his assessment of the problem. Communication was excellent. Did a great job. Would definitely recommend James. Will be calling him for any future home repair needs."

"Raul did an excellent job of explaining the siding products & design options and the contract & installation processes. We loved the product and warranty and are ready to get started. Raul took the time to listen to all of our questions and made sure we were 100% comfortable."

"Had a small patch of drywall which needed to be replaced. Ivan called, scheduled a visit, and provided a quote all in the same day I listed the project. One of his workers, Ricky was able to come in and perform the work that same week. Ricky did an excellent job and both he and Ivan were professional and friendly. Will definitely hire them for future projects."

"I would highly recommend Nicko Construction. The quality of work is excellent. Jason was extremely helpful in every aspect of the project. His crew was very efficient, friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning up."

"Chis and the roofing crew were awesome and very nice to work with. We had wind damage and needed our roof replaced. From start to finish we were highly impressed! Have not found 1 nail in the yard. No leaks. Roof looks amazing. Would hire them again if needed."
