"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"We are very satisfied with Aztec's work and the support from our sales rep, Justin. We got 4 quotes from 3 companies for 3 different siding materials, and Aztec was an easy choice to go with. Not only did Aztec have the best quote but they also very responsive and easy to schedule appointments with. They were the only company to include a color consultation, which we took advantage of. We did have an incident resulting in damage to the house, through very unusual circumstances. Justin offered to cover the repair on the spot and, sure enough, the amount was removed from the invoice without any fuss or negotiation. It's rare to find a vendor that easy to work with."

I hope not to need that skill again any time soon, but I will certainly contact them the next time I need another wall repaired -- it's virtually impossible to tell there had been damage. He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes. I have always been very impressed by how Apex Design Build cleans up everything when they are done working -- and they even took it away with them. Excellent work and in a timely manner for me."

"Priority home solutions is an excellent and reputable company for all home repair situations. Donnie Mayes is incredible to work with. If it wasn't for him, I would've had to pay over 60% of a roof replacement. Earlier this year, we had some shingles starting to come off due to storms and wind as did others in the neighborhood. The damage only worsened as time went on and finally I had Donnie come out and help me through the insurance claim process and working directly with our adjuster to explain why the insurance company should be liable to cover the cost of the roof. A couple weeks later after materials were ordered and received, Donnie and his installation crew came out and tore off my old roof and put on a new one all in one day. They were very respectful and left my product cleaner than how they found it! If you have damage to your home and need to make insurance claims, you are missing the opportunity to maximize your repair or replacement process if you are not working with Priority Home Solutions!
