"Mr. Handyman (Eric V) sent a text with picture to say he was on the way. Eric is professional, courteous, and experienced. He has excellent problem solving skills and involved us in the decision making when something came up. It was a whole day job with many big & little projects and he would not leave until we were totally satisfied. Great handyman services and an awesome deal received from him. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman and especially Eric, well done!"

"They worked very hard to to get the project done as I requested and for a reasonable price."

"Chapin Handyman does excellent work! We needed our basement windows (which had just been replaced by another contractor) to have either a trim border or wallboard put around them and decided to get caught up on a few other tasks that we just weren't getting around to. Nestor was very responsive for giving us a price, broken out by project. Each worker who came through (a) knew what was asked for from Nestor and also (b) double-checked the needs with us. The windows look *amazing* and we're really happy to have the ceiling fans switched out, our towel rack back up in the master bath, and the installation of a proper basement light switch (after making a bad call on not putting it in when we finished it years ago.) We can't recommend them enough!"

"I had a great experience with Vazquez & Son Construction Inc.! Mr. Vazquez was responsive and clearly communicated the date and time he was available to complete the work. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished job. I will definitely use them for future projects and highly recommend their services!"

"This team did a wonderful job on my Deck. I had promised and my wife this add on years ago and the team at LFC made it possible to finally fulfill the promise. The Crew was efficient, timely and courteous. They cleaned up their workspace everyday when done. The LFC team suggested a few upgrades that still kept me within budget but made a world of difference for the final product. (Knotty Pine Ceiling was amazing when done) I recommend LFC for anyone's next home improvement project. David W"

"Jose and his son did a fabulous job on our project. He was respectful of our house and our time. He did excellent work and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will definitely use him for more projects."

"JJ did a wonderful job, his team painted my entire rental, painted the cabinets, added cabinet fixtures, painted our outside door. Very fast and reliable"

"Ernesto came out for a small drywall repair and he also added an interior door in a tricky area of the house. The final product is awesome! We are very happy with the work and the costs. Interior door hanging (remodeling the door frame entirely) and dry wall repair total $900"

"Leonard called immediately, priced the job reasonably the same day and was here the next business day. They were professional, fast & flexible. They scoped several other small projects in various states of completion and we’ve already re-hired them to return."
