"I hired Lux and was communicating with Juan. He actually did the work. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated very well and understood all my needs. The waterproof laminate flooring was done beautifully. Juan is excellent in his craft. He was on time and cleaned up any mess that was made. I would definitely hire him again. I think my daughter will hire him for the hardwood floor job she needs to have done.✅"

"I had my wood floors refinished. They did a great job and had a competitive price. I would definitely hire again in the future."

"Mr. Jackson replaced water-damaged wood flooring in the powder room and foyer, as well as refinished the flooring in the foyer, powder room and dining room. He is very professional and his work is impeccable. The floors look like brand new hard wood flooring. I would definitely recommend Mr. Jackson."

"We had a great experience working with Mike at KO-Am and his team who installed hardwood floors in our kitchen and entryway way. They had to dig up several layers of flooring to ensure the new floors were flush with our existing hard wood floors on either side. Mike and his team were professional, arrived on time, got the job done in the time they had estimated, and cleaned up after the work was complete. The new floor looks great and we look forward to having them back this summer to refinish our other hard wood floors to match the new one."

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

"The project went really well and was completed in 4 weeks. CRG quickly painted and updated my entire apartment to repair plaster and woodwork and general repairs. In addition, they renovated my kitchen and were creative with solutions to increase storage in a tiny apartment. I was impressed with how considerate they were in keeping everything as clean as possible. CRG provided beautiful wood cabinets and quartz countertops that look like marble. I found the price very fair, quality amazing. CRG also guarantees their work for one year. I would definitely use CRG again as they're better than the previous three contractors whom I hired to do similar work in this and a previous condo. I'm so happy in my "new" home!"

"EXCELLENT ?yes we would recommend them very professional we are getting ready for project #2 Will post PICS...floors were done in a very timely manner."

"Of the several quotes we received in response, Eduard's Wood Floors, LLC was the only one that provided a detailed and accurate estimate with materials, labor and removal and disposal fees. Juan (the owner) followed up with an on-site visit to verify dimensions, expectations and to offer advice and recommendations. We had originally thought we would remove and replace our existing wood floors, but after consulting with Juan, we decided to refinish our existing wood flooring at less than half the price and with a custom color and finish. The floors look absolutely amazing, and Eduard's Floors provided service and value beyond compare. Our porcelain tile and wood floor refinishing project was completed within the contracted price (with only minor additional costs based on some unexpected leveling) on-time and at a quality and customer service that are nothing short of remarkable in the Washington metropolitan area. Juan estimated the amount of material needed, ordered the tile stock and picked it up and delivered the material to the job site and there were only three (3) tiles remaining after the installation. The installation staff at Eduard's Wood Floors were courteous, respectful of our neighbors and scheduled work time during the week to minimize noise disturbance in our building. And they arrived ON TIME, EVERY TIME. Eduard's Wood Floors know their business and know how to provide quality service to the highest levels of satisfaction. They are a business with personal and professional service that you can trust in every way; from an honest estimate to planning, organization and quality delivery of service. A+"

"Juan and his dad are very friendly very hard workers. On the floor refinishing. They refinished 20+ year old floors. They replaced water damaged wood. Very good job. There are sanding marks in some areas, but overall very good. They just need to slow down a little. On tile install: Looks good, but tile is not professionally level. It's nicely done, but few tiles are not well lined up, and not level. We had a very large floor area to install but I don't recall them using a level. It certainly looks good. They still need to come back and finish a few things (thresholds). I've called Juan once, but need to call him again to remind him.... I would recommend them. They are good on price, they need to slow down a bit, and finish up."
