"This is my second time using Ricky's services. We communicated via text to arrange appointment time. He provided 4 hour window for service and text his arrival time 30 min before. Once arriving he and I walked the lawn & he listened to my concerns & desires for improvement. He took time to educate me on the condition of my lawn and ways to improve. His improvement suggestions were all DIY options. At the end he mentioned he does offer extended services for lawn care beyond aeration if I want to consider outsourcing. At no point in the conversation did I feel pressured or bamboozled. Ricky provides a professional and courteous experience. I recommend Ricky for lawn services. "Drain Xperts exceeded my expectations. My house did not have any drainage lines and the backyard would pool and not drain properly and most of the front yard downspouts released the water onto sidewalks or in the landscaping. Drain Xperts was able to install a brand new 4" drain line all the way from the backyard, along the side of the house and down to the street while also connecting in 4 downspouts in the front yard. They are very reasonably priced, with a quote price almost 50% less than one or two competitors, and the quality of work was exceptional. They were able to dig, install piping, connect everything together, refurbish the yard and test the system with no issues and it does not even look like the yard had been worked on. Great quality and Jimmy and his crew were very responsive and easy to work with. Overall I was very pleased with all phases of working with Jimmy and Drain Xperts and would definitely recommend them to others."

"The 9 inches of rain from remnants of Patricia gave it the ultimate test and it performed beautifully. Whereas minor rain events caused ponding before, with the new drainage there was barely any standing water even as these heavy rains were ongoing.
The sprinkler system was trickier to fix than anticipated since a previous contractor had accidentally cut the electric lines between the nozzles. Rob and his crew were able to get everything back into working order.
Tree trimming also was handled professionally, as Rob carefully identified which branches needed trimming so as to let in sufficient light for the grass while maintaining the health of the tree.

"Arbor-Tech called me to schedule my 6-week organic lawn service and scheduled me for a Monday.  I was called back to reschedule due to a conflict so they came on Friday.  The crew arrived Friday around 2:00 pm and the 3 workers did a  thorough job of treating my property with organic microbes/fertilizer.  They went about getting the job done quickly and they all worked together well in seeing my property was well taken care of and treated properly.  This time they did something they had not done before which impressed me even more.  They washed down my brick, shutters, sidewalk and entry with water before performing the service.  This, I was told, was to prevent any staining from the brownish treatment.   I appreciated that added touch to the service. They used my water and hose to mix their product and when done were very good about replacing it as they found it.  That also was much appreciated. Overall, an excellent job."
