His installers were great and I was surprised by how fast they were able to put the floors and countertops in. "Outstanding work. Very professional and punctual. It all started with a visit to Houston Custom Carpets to look for carpeting for our new house. Edmund Leach answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He drafted out a plan and presented us with an outline. He assisted us in picking carpet style and color, granite counter top and back splash, as well as recess lighting that met our needs. During the middle of the project we decided to install flooring and gave Edmund a call and he came over the next day took measurements and drafted another plan for us. We loved it. The most amazing part of this remodel was the price. We had two ceiling fans, four recess lights, and a new deep sink installed. LVP was installed in the kitchen, entrance hall, master bath, and hallway bathroom. Carpeting through the entire house. The company mapped out a strategic plan and had the work go seamlessly. During the project materials form out state would not arrive as planned and Edmund quickly followed-up and found another dealer which was local and had the material the next day ready for installation. Mr. Edmund was a dedicated man. He called several times to check in on the project and even came over twice to check on the work, once on his day off, and answered any questions we had. We are very pleased and happy with the amazing work completed on our house from Houston Custom Carpets."

"Z Flooring just installed 1000 sq ft of vinyl flooring (stone polymer composite) in my high rise condo. All the HOA regulations made the whole process much more complicated than necessary, but Zlatko was great to work with throughout the process, even when things finally all came together all at once, he was able to start at very short notice- luckily our schedules aligned! Z is great at communicating and patiently answered all my questions before and during the installation. It really helped put me at ease, because I kind of operate on the assumption that people are out to cheat you. My floors and baseboards look great and I am incredibly happy with how things turned out. The team worked very fast, too! Would definitely use him again if I have a need in the future."
