"This review is for Brady and his helper who arrived promptly and immediately began working to fix my clogged kitchen sink. The issue I had seemed small to the untrained eye, but Brady immediately noticed the previous owners of my house I just recently purchased had been dumping grease for years. The issue was not in my sink or P Trap lines but rather in the lines in my basement. Brady and his partner diagnosed it quickly and efficiently and had to cut out a lot of pipes after exhausting all other options. I was very impressed how they were able to pinpoint the exact section of piping and replaced it making the sink line brand new again. Brady was extremely fair with the price and walked me through all options prior to doing any work so there was no surprises. "Rob was outstanding and gave me the straight dope on unneeded services that some national plumbers try to charge for services such as pipe inspection. He took the time to explain when a pipe inspection is needed and the most likely scenarios of a clogged kitchen drain (usually something stuck in a bend in the pipe vs a problem with the mainline). 
I had called Rob after hours and he returned my call an hour later. Unfortunately I had ran off to Home Depot by that point and had rented an electric auger. Rob guided me to what the issue was and I ended up fixing it. So I called back to cancel the appointment for the next morning which is what we agreed to do since I had already rented the equipment. 
Going forward Rob is my go to plumber in the area. Period.
