"Anthony Nastasi, hired by me to rebuild our decaying bay window, did a terrific job. When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work he did, the time frame in which he completed the job and, most importantly, how it looks. I would unequivocally recommend Anthony Nastasi to anyone. Everyone was prompt to let me know what was going on. At the end of the project my project manager Taylor did a very detail-oriented walk-through. I couldnt have had a better experience. "WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am. I can call you at 4:30pm if you are available or I can speak directly with your grandmother if you prefer.
