Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice. Great job and Thank You to Brian and the whole team that worked on our house."

I am very happy with the completed project! I highly recommend 5K Home Repair & Renovations! They are my first call for any home repair or renovation. The first project was repairing my living room ceiling and replacing the wood laminate. They did such a good job I had them paint the entire interior of the house. The next job they repaired the siding on the house. The latest job was a kitchen sink repair and replacing the shelving in the kitchen cabinets with the roller cabinets. Andre and team pride themselves on doing top notch work! I trust Andre and team. Andre is a man of his word. Itâ s a rare quality."

"Christopher was on time for the appointment. He obtained the parts needed from Home Depot and went right to work. He was efficient and even had to drill through concrete in the floor to secure the carpet and did a flawless job. He tackled a difficult job with the pocket door and replaced parts to get it sliding smoothly again. As for the toilet valve assembly, he installed a new one with a water saver feature and a new handle. He worked hard, but quickly, and charged a fair price, plus parts. Christopher is awesome. I doubt there is any job he can't do and I would hire him again...and did!"

"This review is from my experience. The project started off great, the materials were delivered on time along with the start date. The install crew was a challenge with the exception of Matt the lead installer. They applied waterproofing material around the base of the house and replaced the plywood which went very well. The crew did not respect my property, including the vegetation and my shed which was severely damaged due to the installer standing on it. When I spoke with Dave the owner, he credited me $300.00 for a replacement roof which I need to install. No apologies provided by Dave for the inconvenience. The project failed three inspections by the City of Port Orange due to poor installation and not paying attention to detail. I caught several items which were not completed properly. The owner Dave stated to me twice he personally inspected the project, which I find hard to believe. ByThere are no quality control systems in place to ensure the project is completed properly. I felt that I was the project manager on this project. If I didn't manage the project as I did, the outcome would not have been favorable and I would definitely experience issues later. I feel sorry for past and future customers who don't have the knowledge that I have. Some other issues we experienced were nails and scrap material left on the ground and improper caulking. The owner Dave, never apologized for the errors and inconvenience which caused me as a customer. His replies to my concerns were unacceptable. As a prior business owner, I would never let my customers feel aggravated, and I would certainly make it up to them through little jesters like here's a gift for dinner for your inconvenience. I could have gotten his business two other customers for exterior siding. We referred his business for window and door replacement to a friend however, we called the referral back. My recommendation to Dave, accept ownership by validating the customers concern, apologize for the inconvenience, make it right above and beyond (roof damage), maintain a friendly relationship. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend All Florida Exteriors. I was looking forward to providing positive feedback along with future customers. At the end my house looks fabulous however, it was not worth the headaches and frustration. All Florida Exteriors was not the lowest bid. I should have back charged for project management services."
