When it arrived, an appointment was made for the following week - and he called and made it day earlier when he had a cancellation. High quality door (selected by him), excellent communication about appointments to estimate and schedule the replacement. "Mr Boyer and his crew were absolutely accommodating. My large window in the utility room was broken about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving of 2018. Mr Boyer offered to delay his holiday plans if I needed the window to be replaced immediately. Luckily, I did not - but the offer meant a great deal to me. "Ripwood Customs LLC (Brian & Josh) is exceptional. They brought back to life a 25-plus-year-old deck and porch. They demoed, cleaned, rebuilt the deck, rescreened the porch, and trimmed all to perfection. Their craftsmanship is superb with thoughtful additions such as safety rails along the deck steps. Their work ethic is very high and they have the right tools for the job at hand. I highly recommend this company to those who expect a quality project. You will not be dissapointed!"

"Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. 
We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. 
While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. 
I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.

"My issue was that my garbage disposal was no longer running, only humming. They came by and inspected it, then provided a suitable replacement with warranty. They were quick and efficient, and I've had no further issues since."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
