Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. "I always read reviews, but I am sorry to say I seldom write one. But, not to do so in the case of Magni Flooring would be a disservice to the company and to the community. I needed a quick, partial replacement of wood flooring. I called and left a message with Magni. Co-owner Marcin Toroj called me back that day and came to my house the next to discuss the project. He thoroughly explained the process and wrote a fair estimate. I immediately accepted and he scheduled the work for the next day. His installer was delayed on another job, so Marcin delivered the new wood himself. Melvin soon arrived and did an excellent job. The other co-owner inspected the work as it progressed and Marcin did so at the end. The job was completed as promised and on time. I was greatly impressed and will certainly use Magni Flooring again should I need their services. You should too!"

"I have had a lot of work done at my house lately, some positive and some negative.  My experience with D&S Flooring was 100% positive. My brother had already done some research for me, so I knew that I wanted Mohawk Smart Strand carpet.  Had also visited a carpet showroom to look at samples.
I got an estimate from another highly rated Angie's List company and D&S. With D&S, you deal directly with the owner, Masood Shojanezhad.  He is the person that comes to the house, and he gave me an estimate on the spot.  His estimate was $600 cheaper for the top level Smart Strand carpet than the estimate from the other company for the mid-level Smart Strand carpet.  Masood is an exemplary example of customer service.  He is very friendly and engaging, and it is very important to him that the customer is happy.
My carpet came in pretty quickly, especially given that they were coming from Georgia which was paralyzed by two ice storms.  I had to delay installation because of issues with other work that was being completed in my house.  Masood could not have been nicer or more understanding. 
His workers arrived on time the agreed upon day of installation. They were great workers, and the lead installer had a great sense of humor.  My brother and I had some running jokes with him throughout the day.  They worked from 9 am until around 4:30, only taking a brief break for lunch. 
They did a beautiful job.  I cannot see any seams.  My entire upstairs looks like one continuous piece of carpet.  They also brought a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed all of the carpet before moving the furniture back.  They hauled away all of the old carpet and padding.  Wish all of the recent projects in my house had gone so smoothly.  I highly recommend this company.

From day one to completion of the project, Mr. Zavala demonstrated a “spirit of excellence” in performing every facet of the project with attention to details; integrity, which is a rare commodity in the contractor industry and a genuine desire to insure project met both mine and his high expectations. Appreciated meticulous daily clean up until project completion. Zavala Construction (Wulian) now rests at the top of the list for my TWO preferred “go to” contractors."

"We used Sam to fully remodel our master bathroom and do some cosmetic work in our guest bathroom. We took down walls and started completely from scratch. Sam did all of the demolition, prep work, plumbing, electrical and installed some very intricate marble mosaic tile, for us on the floor of the bathroom and in the shower. Sam is punctual, responsive and extremely knowledgable about his craft. His men do incredible work when it comes to the finishes and he keeps a very clean workspace. All along the process Sam was present at the job and addressed any minor issues we had along the way immediately. You will not find any better bang for your buck in this area. I highly recommend him and we just hired him again to do even more work in our home."

They were on time and professional and finished well ahead of schedule. I would recommend them as I will definitely work with AG Flooring again if the need arises.
