The replacement took just over an hour by an experienced service technician. When completed he fully explained the operation of the battery backup. "Had a leaky faucet causing water damage under my kitchen sink. Brian came out at 8 am the next day and got it fixed (installed the replacement faucet I had purchased) as well as replaced a leaky outdoor spigot. Years ago, Brian also installed my sump pump. He is super knowledgeable, laid back, and friendly. He's up front with costs (of which are very reasonable) and work quality is excellent. I'll definitely be calling him for future plumbing needs."

"Gave me a good price for everything, made a proposal to add a frost protected hose bib and recommended keeping the inside shut off since it was all in a closet and would not be seen. This gives me the option of both. Also relocated the ice maker shutoff to behind the refrigerator and replaced the saddle connection so that I would not need an unsightly access panel in the finish basement ceiling."

"Mr. Rooter Plumbing came through! I filed a claim with my home warranty company because the up ur basement flooded on 5/28. I had to request a rush for the other company to come out. The company that came out was not that professional and told me I needed a new sump pit as well as a new sump pump. I was questioned the diagnosis and then had to argue with the home warranty company. I immediately got on Angi’s list and found Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They came out within 2 hours and gave a proper diagnosis. I argued with the home warranty company over the secondary diagnosis. I accepted a cash in lieu after escalating with the home warranty company. Scheduled the repair with Mr. Rooter and they came in 2 days and installed the new sump pump. They are quick, efficient and friendly! 10/10 recommend!"
