Bryan, the owner, was the consummate professional â immediately returned my phone call, checked on all available options for my specific system and needs, thoroughly explained each option to me, provided an immediate quote based on photos I sent, and then did a great job on the install of both the hot water heater and the sump pump. "Had an old sump pump that was working ovetime and worried us with the heavy rains and high water table of the past few years. We decided to upgrade and go with a dual sump system that has the mainone and then a backup in the sump well that works if the main one fails. No problems so far and really happy we did this, the peace of mind was worth it! They were professional a courteous. Thanks, guys,"

"We had a Sunday morning emergency with our sump pump. Despite many places claiming to offer same day emergency services, Mr Rooter was the only one who could come out. They were prompt, professional, did an excellent job and had the whole project wrapped up in less than an hour. They also had excellent customer service— they kept us updated on the ETA of our plumber because one of the jobs was taking longer than expected. We felt confident we were in good hands from the moment we set up the appointment. The sump pump has been working perfectly for about two weeks now. Highly recommend Mr Rooter."
