"They were excellent! I called while at work and they arrived at my house within five minutes. They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. They fixed the leak. They were honest, knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and really nice people. I would hire them again and plan to for future projects."

"The plumber that came out was professional and knowledgeable. Talk me through the process before starting and after installation cleaned up well, then tested everything to make sure there was no leaks in the system."

"Harry was great! He knew what to do to fix our problems and was very professional. We would definitely hire him again."

"The work that Bobby did was rebuilding a shed ramp, installing new porch screen door and repairing large window ledge. All I can say is that he made everything better than new! Couldn’t ask any anyone more professional!"

"We hit Terry with a multitude of tasks. Siding repair, stucco work, garrage trim repair, and even last minute electrical troubleshooting. He met every challenge with ease. "Needed help installing a dryer vent through a brick wall... Didnt have the right tools to drill a 4 inch hole in bricks efficiently and decided to hire someone. I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. He had all the right tools and made quick work of a task that would have taken me several hours and buying some new tools. Great work franklin!"

"Not a central air install but a mini-split. Installed in an older home with window units. The new 24000 BTU Mini-Split was installed, wiring work, and all cleanup was done by Zack HVAC Services in one day. Professional, efficient, and courteous team that delivered. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out for any future work or refer them to family and friends."
