But after almost a year, the list of problems is long?and unfortunately, the resolution process has been frustrating from start to finish. Most recently, we had to have our cracking waterline glass tile replaced with porcelain. But this is just one of many issues we?ve faced. The biggest frustration has been that every time the company came out to fix something, it required constant follow-up and badgering just to get them to show up.
